My Approach
My therapeutic style is integrative and collaborative in nature, combining a "whole person" approach with evidence based treatments (EBT) that are tailored to the presenting problem, personal history, and individual strengths.
I view therapy as a place for us to explore your story: you are the author of your own life story, and together, we brainstorm, evaluate, write and rewrite the chapters of your life to create a meaningful, healing and fulfilling narrative that makes sense to you. We work together to understand the parts of your story that may no longer make sense to you, and create goals to achieve a different way to think, feel and respond by incorporating all aspects of what makes you... you.
During the first few sessions, both short term and long term goals will be discussed to ensure focus and progress. Together we will also decide if we are a good "fit," as this is an imperative part of the overall process.

Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength
